Are you an experienced professional from the advanced materials or manufacturing industries looking to transition into consulting?

We’re seeking a Consulting Manager to join our Cambridge team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your industry expertise in advanced materials or manufacturing to strategic, high-impact consulting projects.

What you’ll do:
– Lead the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
– Leverage your industry experience to solve strategic challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
– Mentor and develop consultants, building team capability and excellence.
– Support business development and contribute to FMG’s long-term growth strategy.
What we’re looking for:
– 6+ years’ professional experience in advanced materials, chemicals, manufacturing, or closely related sectors.
– Strategic and commercial acumen, with strong stakeholder management skills.
– Experience in corporate development, strategy, M&A, commercial leadership, or operations.
– Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
– Consulting experience is a plus but not required — we value the fresh perspective that comes from industry leaders.
